Rahanni

Rahanni is a 5th dimensional healing modality that works on a higher vibration and balances the masculine and feminine aspects of every person. It helps us let go of fear based thinking, negative thoughts, and karmic debts, and opens our hearts to love, compassion, and inner peace. Rahanni is connected to higher beings of light and the seven archangels, and is brought in on the pink ray of light that connects to the heart centre. Rahanni is a spiritual practice that can complement any belief system, and can be learned by anyone who is interested in healing themselves and others too.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a meditation practice led by someone else’s voice, either in person or virtually. Guided meditation not only provides direction, but also acts as an anchor to the practice, which can be especially beneficial for people whose minds tend to wander. Guided meditation can help with relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and healing of physical and emotional issues. There are many types of guided meditation, such as mindfulness, visualization, body scan, loving-kindness, and more. I offer one to one or weekly group meditations.
