Cancellation Policy


At Serene Healing With Sophie, I value both your time and mine. As a small business, appointment times are reserved especially for you, and I do not require deposits when booking. 


By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following cancellation policy:


  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
  • Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will no longer be able to make future bookings.
  • Thank you for your understanding, respect, and support of my small business.
